Allow customers to SMS you

The SMS feature enables you to register a number via Helloify and customers can text you. This way you don’t have to give our your personal mobile number and you don’t get disturbed when you are offline.

The other benefit is your whole team can see and respond to the messages.

Please fill in the form below to register a mobile number to use this feature. Once you approve the registration via email we will send you through a number.

Note you must be on a ‘Startup’ or ‘Business’ plan to use this feature.
